Manchester United keep pushing in the summer market
Manchester United are still looking to strengthen their squad in the final weeks of the summer transfer window.
Michael Carrick has already welcomed several new signings. Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos head up United's midfield rebuild, whilst Karl Darlow could be a shrewd addition as a backup goalkeeper.
However, Carrick will want to make more changes to his squad as the team prepares to compete on multiple fronts. United have been linked with several other midfield targets and are also interested in Newcastle defender Lewis Hall.

Kim Min-jae makes his Bayern position clear
Bayern Munich defender Kim Min-jae has made it clear he is determined to fight for his place at the German club.
United have been linked with a move for the 29-year-old, with their interest dating back to his time at Napoli, but the South Korea international is intent on staying with Vincent Kompany's side.
As a player, just to be with a team like Bayern Munich is a blessing,
Kim said.
Last season, I thought I played a lot of matches. I am competing as the third defender [behind Upamecano and Tah], and I know I have no choice but to work hard. I think the coach will give me a lot of opportunities, and I think I will stay put.
When asked about Kim's situation, Bayern boss Kompany spoke about the importance of having competition for places:
The main thing is to have the quality.
Then afterwards, it is for them to compete to prove on the pitch. What I will give a compliment to Min-jae [about] is that no matter what, he keeps the focus, and he does the talking on the pitch.
Lucumi wants a high-profile switch
United are reportedly among several teams pursuing Bologna defender Jhon Lucumi, who wants a high-profile move this summer.
The 28-year-old was recently part of Colombia's World Cup squad and is claimed to have attracted interest from Juventus.
Quotidiano Sportivo reports that the Old Lady have seen a £15million offer rejected by Bologna, who value Lucumi at £24m.
However, United are also claimed to have expressed interest but face further competition for Lucumi from Chelsea, Como, Napoli, Nottingham Forest, as well as United.
