Arsenal's 4-1 win over Girona on Saturday was affected by technical problems. As a result, the website states:
Whilst we continue to work on this, Wednesday’s match against Real Betis will not be shown on either platform.
The issue comes after streaming problems also disrupted Arsenal's coverage against Girona, leaving supporters without the live feed on the club's own platforms.
Where to receive a refund
All supporters who bought a single-game package for either Girona or Real Betis, or a multi-game bundle, are entitled to a full refund. Money will be replaced automatically for those who bought through the website or via the Android/Google Store within five to 10 working days - those who purchased through iOS/App Store will need to visit this link to claim their money back.
