Unbeaten champion Caroline Dubois will defend her WBC and WBO lightweight titles against fellow world champion Stephanie Han on February 20 in a three-belt unification clash, with the bout broadcast live on Sky Sports in UK prime time. According to Sky Sports, the fight will take place at GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas, with Han's WBA title also at stake.
The London-based southpaw travels to Han's hometown to contest what represents the biggest unification fight of her professional career. Sky Sports reports that both fighters arrive undefeated, setting up a clash between two of the division's most accomplished champions.
Dubois, promoted by Most Valuable Promotions, has established herself as one of the sport's most talented young talents. Her amateur pedigree included gold at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, four European Youth Championships titles and representation for Great Britain at the Tokyo Olympics. Since turning professional in 2022, she has rapidly ascended the lightweight rankings, capturing the WBC world title before unifying the WBC and WBO championships with a victory over Terri Harper at MVPW-01 in April. She most recently defended her titles against Amelia Moore in August.
According to the WBC, Dubois holds a professional record of 14 wins, no losses and one draw, with five wins by knockout. Her record demonstrates the consistency and dominance she has brought to the lightweight division since her professional debut.
Dubois expressed her determination ahead of the showdown.
I can't wait to get back in the ring and I can't wait to go into Stephanie Han's hometown and add another world title to my collection, she said.
I respect what she's accomplished, but I'm coming to El Paso to take her title and show everyone why I'm the best lightweight in the world.
The fighter outlined her ambitions beyond this fight.
These are the kinds of fights I've been working toward my entire career. I want all the belts, I want the biggest fights, and I want to prove myself against the best. On Saturday, February 20, I'm coming to make a statement and take another step toward becoming undisputed.
Dubois added her gratitude to those making the fight possible.
A big thank you to MVP and Sky for making this fight happen and continuing to give women's boxing the platform it deserves.
Han, known as "The Enforcer," brings a remarkable personal story to the ring. The El Paso native is a devoted mother of two, a veteran of the El Paso Police Department and a former beauty pageant competitor whose journey has made her one of women's boxing's most compelling figures. She captured the vacant WBA lightweight world title with a first-round knockout of Hannah Terlep in 2025 and has since successfully defended her championship three times.
Among Han's most impressive victories are back-to-back triumphs over combat sports legend Holly Holm. Most recently, Han defeated Holm in front of her hometown fans in El Paso in May, further establishing her credentials as one of the division's elite champions. The February 20 bout will represent the biggest challenge of her career to date.
Han expressed her excitement about the opportunity.
This fight is a dream come true! Finally, I have the opportunity to unify titles in my division and get one step closer to becoming the undisputed queen of the lightweight division.
To be able to fight at home at GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center is incredibly special, and I'm grateful to MVP for their support to make this happen. I invite all of El Paso to come out and support on Saturday, February 20 and witness this moment.
Nakisa Bidarian, CEO of Most Valuable Promotions, emphasised the significance of the matchup.
Caroline Dubois and Stephanie Han are two undefeated world champions at the top of one of the deepest and most competitive divisions in boxing.
Stephanie's story is remarkable. She's a police officer, a mother, a former beauty queen and a world champion who has become a source of pride for El Paso.
Caroline has established herself as one of the most talented young champions in the sport, and bringing these two women together with three major world titles on the line is a huge moment for MVP and women's boxing.
El Paso has shown up for its hometown hero time and time again, so we owed it to this city to bring one of the biggest fights in boxing to GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center on Saturday, February 20, live in UK prime time on Sky Sports.
The path to undisputed
Dubois has previously outlined her ambitions to capture all the lightweight belts and become undisputed champion. Earlier this year, she charted a path to the undisputed crown by targeting Han before a potential showdown with Alycia Baumgardner. The Han fight represents a crucial stepping stone toward that goal.
Baumgardner, the IBF lightweight champion, has already weighed in on a potential future clash with Dubois. According to Sky Sports, Baumgardner said she expects to "easily pick apart" Dubois if they meet next year, setting up a possible undisputed-title clash after Dubois's fight with Han. The American champion is scheduled to move up to lightweight to face unbeaten IBF champion Elif Nur Turhan in Texas on Sunday, November 8, 2026, which could determine her status heading into 2027.
Dubois and Baumgardner have already clashed verbally, with the pair engaging in a heated ringside confrontation in Birmingham in August that intensified their rivalry ahead of potential super-fight talks.
What comes next
The February 20 unification bout sets the stage for what could be a historic undisputed championship fight in 2027. Should Dubois emerge victorious against Han and Baumgardner overcome Turhan, the stage would be set for a meeting between two of women's boxing's brightest young talents with all the lightweight belts on the line.
