Johnny Fisher will face Belgium's Michael Pirotton next month as the 'Romford Bull' makes his long-awaited comeback at London's Copper Box Arena.

The British heavyweight, who holds a record of 14-1 with 12 knockouts, will step into the ring for his Zuffa Boxing debut in a 10-round main event broadcast live on Sky Sports on Saturday, September 26.

Fisher closed out last year on a positive note, stopping Ivan Balaz in December to steady his career after suffering a rematch defeat to David Allen back in May.

Now Pirotton, who carries a 12-2 record with six knockouts, stands in his path. Speaking to Sky Sports, Fisher explained his mindset heading into the contest.

I'm excited, but I'm also driven and determined.
The next fight is always the hardest fight, and everyone I fight is a dangerous opponent because they're getting onto this show with Sky Sports, Zufa, with the Romford Bull Army there.
It's a golden ticket for Michael Pirotton, but it's also my golden ticket because if I win, I get to go on to bigger and better things. I've got ambitions in this game.

Pirotton turned professional in 2019 and reeled off ten straight victories to start his career. After suffering back-to-back decision losses against unbeaten opponents in 2025, he has bounced back this year with a pair of stoppage wins.

Notably, the Belgian has never been put down as a professional, but Fisher is determined to be the man who changes that.

You want to get the knockout, you want to get the stoppage, but I've always said from the beginning of my career, I've got to win by whatever cost - the win is the most important thing.
But with my power, my strength, my explosivity, of course I can draw a knockout or draw a stoppage.
Once I get someone hurt, I know I can finish them. I can smell when someone's feeling it or in trouble.

Fisher also promised fans they haven't seen him at his best just yet.

I'm very very excited to show people what I can do. You haven't seen the best version of the Romford Bull yet. We're going to try and show that on September 26.

As previously reported, the bill will also feature a 10-round light heavyweight co-main event pitting Craig 'Spider' Richards against Radivoje 'Hot Rod' Kalajdzic, alongside British middleweights Lee Cutler (16-2, 8 KOs) and Louis Greene (19-4, 12 KOs) meeting over 10 rounds. According to Sky Sports, Richards is a former world title challenger, and his bout with Kalajdzic has been confirmed as the chief support fight on the night.

Welterweight Alex MacMillan (4-0, 3 KOs) and light heavyweight Leon Hughes (5-0, 4 KOs) are both set to feature in separate six-round bouts, while lightweights Kayla Allen and Fred Pullen are due to make their professional debuts on the same card.

Background on the fight and what happens next

Copper Box Arena first confirmed Fisher's Zuffa Boxing debut back on 16 July, though his opponent had not been named at that stage, according to the venue's official announcement. Pirotton's name has now resurfaced for a British heavyweight date after an earlier scheduled bout against Hughie Fury in June was cancelled, per RT Fight.

The show has since been officially branded Zuffa Boxing 11, with Copper Box Arena confirming that Fisher will headline the London card on Saturday, September 26. Coverage will be shown live on Sky Sports for viewers in the UK and Ireland, while Paramount+ will carry the broadcast in the United States and Canada, according to the venue's listing.
