Mikel Arteta has suggested that loaning out Max Dowman remains a possibility down the line, though the Arsenal manager stressed the club's immediate priority is keeping the 16-year-old sensation at the Emirates and monitoring his development closely.

According to Reuters, those two goals made Dowman only the second 16-year-old to score twice in a single game for a Premier League club in any competition, joining Wayne Rooney, who achieved the feat for Everton in 2002.
The performance drew immediate comparisons to one of Europe's brightest prospects. Gunners midfielder Mikel Merino suggested Dowman's style resembled Barcelona and Spain star Lamine Yamal following the Ipswich clash, a striking endorsement from a senior teammate.
