Park Hill Fillies' Stakes at 3.00
The Group Two Betfred Park Hill Fillies' Stakes attracts a top-class field of nine runners, with Consent and Danielle among the leading contenders. According to At The Races, the race drew 16 possibles before declarations, highlighting the strength of the competition.
Danielle finished fourth in this contest twelve months ago before signing off her previous campaign with an emphatic nine-length victory in Listed company at Doncaster in November. The filly returned this season with a winning effort in the Bronte Cup but disappointed when running at Goodwood. She will be seeking to rediscover that form under William Buick.
Consent came up just a neck short in this race last season before subsequently capturing Group One glory in the Prix de Royallieu. However, she has found it difficult to reproduce those heights since that success, prompting her connections to apply the cheekpieces in an attempt to sharpen her focus.
Andrew Balding's Prizeland impressed when taking the Galtres Stakes at York with considerable ease and represents a solid each-way proposition. Waardah could prove dangerous if the ground softens, having finished ahead of both Consent and Danielle when they met at Goodwood, and she will be making her first appearance in a hood.
Fairy Glen was narrowly defeated by just half a length in the Prix Vicomtesse Vigier back in May and would carry genuine claims should she prove fit enough following her return to action.

The Group Two Betfred May Hill Stakes features unbeaten Musical Times heading the market as she steps up in grade. The Charlie Appleby-trained filly arrives with an unblemished record from two starts and will be ridden by William Buick. She demonstrated her quality when outpointing the reopposing Scommessa Sicura on her debut at Newmarket before landing the odds at Yarmouth, and this represents a natural progression in her career.
Scommessa Sicura has finished in the top two on all five of her starts to date and produced a career-best effort when finishing second at Salisbury last month. According to Godolphin, the May Hill Stakes features 11 runners competing for total prize money of £122,963, with £70,888 going to the winner.
Joseph O'Brien saddles Ballyskeagh, who ran an impressive race to finish runner-up in a Group Three at the Curragh over a mile, giving her solid claims in this contest. Speckles finished fifth on that same day and may well improve again.
